Balloon Twisting Classes

Learn how to make balloon animals for parties and gifts. Balloon twisting is a great hobby that allows you to bring joy into the lives of others, young and old alike.  This is a great opportunity to keep in touch with both business and personal acquaintances.   Dropping off a colorful balloon bouquet to a (present or prospective) business associate will certainly keep your name at the top of their A-list or if you know someone who needs that added something to make their day brighter, you can be certain their reaction to this beautiful creation will brighten both of your days. On the other hand if you just want to be able to entertain your kids, grandchildren or your family on the holidays, balloon twisting is another way to bring your special talents to light.  Whatever the reason, personal or business, balloon bouquets, balloon animals, or balloon creations tend to bring out smiles even in the hardest cases.

Mr. Mokey teaches a beginner course on how to twist balloons, emphasizing the basic types of twists that are used in everything from the simple dog balloon to giant balloon sculptures. Learn about the different types of balloons, what they are called and how to take care of them. For those who would like to break into professional balloon twisting there will be section discussion on what it takes to move from “That guy that makes balloon dogs” to “That fantastic balloon artist”!

Class includes 50 Qualatex 260 balloons, Balloon Pump, instruction book and two hours with Mr. Mokey. $25 per person 3 person minimum.

You bring your own supplies and Mr. Mokey will provide two hours of instruction. $12.50 per person 6 person minimum.

These are examples of connecting balloons with tulip twists and raisin twists.
